On April 28, Italian Consulate General in Chongqing officially opened. The board chairman of Lifan Group Yin Mingshan was invited to present the opening ceremony. The vice-consulate of Italian Consulate General in Chongqing, together with Yin, presented the LIFAN 820 presentation ceremony. The board chairman Yin Mingshan, on behalf of Lifan Group, presented an intermediate flagship model LIFAN 820, which indicates that Lifan820 has settled in the consulate, becaming the official vehicle of Italian Consulate General in Chongqing. And the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy Paolo Gentiloni issued the Schengen visa to Yin Mingshan, witnessing the sincere friendship of both parties.

Italy is one of the largest trade partners of Chongqing in European Union. Lifan Group, as the largest private enterprise in Chongqing, has set up the branch company in Italy. The establishment of Italian Consulate General in Chongqing will facilitate the technical cooperation of Chongqing auto enterprises.
