Lifan CVT Struck with Force More Mature Technology
During auto show, Lifan Motors invited overseas distributors and media to Shanghai for testing the new models. Through the great concentration for many years, and in virtue of the top auto technology provider Bosch and ZF for providing the most advanced technical support, Lifan CVT performance is of great maturity. The test drive for CVT models are respectively the intermediate car Lifan 720, star SUV Lifan X60 and the mini SUV Lifan X50 which will be launched soon. Over 80% core parts are imported from Belgium. The core power transmission part adopts Bosch pressure steel belt, which proves higher transmission efficiency. The transmission adopts the latest ASC, making the zero acceleration performance 10% higher than AT with stronger power acceleration. Besides, the first intermediate car Lifan 820 and MPV L7 is in the list of test drive models. As learned, Lifan 820 equips 2.0T TDI engine which is newly developed by LIFAN, indicating Lifan Motors steps forward to the T Age. Lifan 820 stands in the relatively high position in terms of space performance, comfort, controllability and safety among its peers. Positioned as the high-end family-use MPV, Lifan L7 has more fashionable appearance and larger size, and adopts electronic throttle technology in the aspect of power, efficiently lowering down the oil consumption.

Two brand new stars also appeared in the Test Drive Activity, which are Lifan 620EV and Lifan 320EV. The maximum speech of Lifan620 EV can reach 120km/hour, the largest climbing capacity stands at more than 25%, the robust accelerating power performance, the more than 250-km cruising distance after charging, and less than 20 degrees of power consumption per 100 km. Compared with ordinary gas vehicles, it is more environmental and energy-saving. The mini electric car Lifan 320 EV employs the 72V/150Ah lithium battery. With one charging, the cruising distance can exceed 120km. Within 18 seconds, it can accelerate to 50km/h. The maximum climbing capacity stands at above 22%, making it energy-saving and powerful.
As the development achievements by Lifan Motors and Chinese Academy of Sciences, the battery changing application of LIFAN electric car takes lead of other peers, having solved the problems of short cruising ability of batteries and long charging hours before. The battery changing technology only takes three minutes through automatically changing the battery pack at the charging station so that the power can be replenished rapidly. No power leakage will happen in the circumstances of rain or wet road surface. Even more, the problems of rapid connection and disconnection, protection, contact shake and joint surface vibration displacement compensation have been better solved, thus effectively saving time and cost of charging while lengthening the life cycle of batteries. The technology is given a high praise by CCTV Discovery and US Tesla Company. It is known that the technology has obtained the utility & new-invention patent from the State Intellectual Property Office as the first one of its kind in China.
