LIFAN Reaches Strategic Cooperation with AliAuto

Last month, at Lifan Night activity before Chongqing International Auto Show, LIFAN signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with AliAuto to establish strategic partnership. Both parties announced, making full use of their resources, will carry in strategic cooperation in complete sales, automobile finance, after-market service and marketing promotion.

In light of the cooperation agreement, LIFAN will, by virtue of the e-commerce platform of Alibaba, make full use of the platforms including Tmall, Taobao and Alimama, uniting the physical store to carry out promotional activities together with AliAuto through investing product, resource and service during the large promotional activities on Alibaba.

At the meeting between both parties’ top management, the board chairman of Lifan Group Yin Mingshan said, Alibaba is the largest e-commerce enterprise in the world. Cooperating with Ali is in favor of driving the integration of the marketing system of Lifan Motors and online platform of LIFAN’s partner, exploring and extending industry chain and brings the sales mode reformation in auto sales field. LIFAN pays attentions to the development of auto e-commerce and plans to launch a small EV e-commerce network, which is planned to be launched this year.

On the same day, Lifan820 exclusively launched at Tmall flagship store. The customers who order on line will enjoy the super preferential policies such as priority for test drive and car collection, travel and gasoline prepaid card. As learned, LIFAN will take 820 as entry point to link the off-line and on-line resources, carrying out more extensive marketing promotion together with AliAuto.

The innovative auto finance new mode is the highlight for both parties’ cooperation. It is learned from the general manager of AliAuto Wang Licheng, the brand new online auto finance platform of AliAuto officially launched online on July 5, which will provide customers with the auto finance service for Zero Guarantee, Zero Mortgage, Zero Rate and Zero Procedure. Besides, Lifan Lease Finance Company and Lifan Finance Company will successively connect Ali online auto finance platform to provide customers of Lifan Motors with flexible and various online auto finance service.

“We do think the brand new auto finance mode of Ali is promising”, said the president of Lifan Group Shang You. Lifan has participated in the auto finance plan which will be launched soon by Ali. After its online, Ali will provide Lifan users with auto finance service for 12-18 period zero rate and zero handling charge, making customers feel the real time saving, money saving and no worry.

On top of brand new auto finance cooperation, LIFAN plans to integrate the offline auto service channel in virtue of Ali e-commerce platform, and trying to get 100 after-sales channels to realize the networking of after-sales service. Hence Lifan owner can realize the online 4S appointment while enjoying the reasonable maintenance price. And the owner can get higher-quality service through the complete evaluation system of AliAuto.

Besides, in light of the demands of bilateral business development, both parties will also have more cooperation on preowned car trade and replacement, auto lease, aliPay access and big-data commercialization.
