From August 10 to 20, 2015, for further promoting the after-sales service management level of Lifan Motors in Saudi Arabia, and making clear of the development direction of after-sales service, Lifan Motors carried out 10-day after-sales service survey and management training in Saudi Arabia.

During the survey, the chief after-sales service expert Andrew Cui paid a visit to the distributor of Lifan Motors in Saudi Arabia, and provided several instructive suggestions in terms of the management of spare part warehouse and whole unit warehouse. He practically applied the Audit Form of Distributor After-sales Standard of Lifan Motors to the largest after-sales maintenance station in Jeddah and made comprehensive systematic audit. This survey and audit has got the great support and recognition by the distributor, which will ask the departments to make comprehensive management improvement in light of the suggestion.

And during the five-day after-sales management training, the trainer of Lifan Motors, mainly centers on After-sales Service Management and Planning, After-sales Service KPI Management and Spare Part Warehouse Management, made systematic training on the management of the distributor in Saudi Arabia. The trainees actively proposed their uncertainties during the daily management, and Lifan trainer elaborately answers every question. Last, the dealers, according to the new knowledge from the training, set down the 2015-2016 After-sales Service Work Scheme together with Lifan trainer, making the definite direction for carrying out the after-sales work in Saudi Arabia.
