No worries about the expensive new energy car and there is no need to install the charging pile. What you should do is to search the nearby vacant electric car and open the door with your mobile phone, so that you can drive the car instantly. And you can also rent the car and make the settlement with your mobile phone. Such novel lease mode of new energy car will turn into reality soonest in this October. Lifan will launch the brand new lease mode of new energy car and will gradually cover the whole country. 

Introduced by the director of operation Wang Peng from Chongqing Pand Auto Lease Co., Ltd. invested by Lifan Group, in 2015, it is planned to establish 48 time-sharing lease stations of new energy cars, which will be located at the parks of airport, train station and CBD in Liangjiang New Area. Or there may establish the exclusive places. The detailed place and the quantity of electric cars are in the plan. Currently the main focus is on time-sharing lease and later will launch monthly lease and daily lease.

Lifan new energy cars which will put into lease business include 330EV, 620EV and 820EV. And the rental fee for any model will not be more than 20Yuan. The average power consumption per 100km of these new energy cars is 8 degrees, and the comprehensive oil consumption is not more than 2L. The battery can be changed within three minutes.

Car rental process

1. Long-distance booking
When the user needs a car, he/she can download Pand Auto mobile phone APP and search the closest lease station or specified station with the mobile phone, and then input the ID and driving license information, so that the booking is done. At present, this APP is testing and is estimated to be on line at the end of September.

2. Collect the car nearby
After booking the car with mobile phone, the user can collect the car at the nearby lease station. And the background has already registered the car which the user selects. There is no key for the car that the user can collect the car through operating on the mobile phone and the selected car will be automatically unlocked. Once the door of the car is opened by the mobile phone, the system will charge by time.

3. Accident on the way
The rental fee contains electric charge and the rent. Each car has the high-amount insurance. If there is any accident on the way, the user only need report to the background. As long as it is within the insurance range, the user just need coordinate with the lease company and will not undertake any responsibility. If it is the responsibility of the user, the user also does not need to compensate within the insurance range.
For not delaying the trip of the user, the staff will go to dispose the accident and bring a new car to the user.

4. On-board monitoring
Lifan new energy car can run 250km with full electricity which cannot drive across the province. The background will automatically monitor the driving route, electric quantity and speed. Once the power is not enough, the system will remind the driver and provide the nearby lease station information for facilitating the driver to change the battery. If there is no lease station nearby, the mobile battery changing car will come to the user.

5. Car returning payment
The user does not need to drive back to the former car rental station and can drive to the closet lease station for car returning which can make settlement with the mobile phone. The rental is charged by hour which is not more than 20Yuan per hour including the rental, insurance and electric charge.
