Liangjiang Group, Lifan Holdings Group and Sokon Industry Group together organized to establish New Energy Automobile Industry Development (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. and Chongqing New Energy Automobile Finance Lease Co., Ltd., indicating that the Made in Chongqing new energy automobile industrialization development officially drives into the Fast Track, which will accelerate Chongqing to form the industrial cluster of new energy.

Chongqing New Energy Automobile Finance Lease Co., Ltd. respectively signed the Strategic Cooperation Contract with China Construction Bank, China Merchants Bank, Chongqing Bank and Bank of China. The total credit extension is up to 20 billionYuan; and signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Chongqing Pand Auto Leasing Ltd. and Chongqing Easy Leasing Automobile Leasing Ltd. which respectively belongs to Lifan Group and Sokon Group. As learned, the New Energy Automobile Industry Development (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. aims to solve the problems of infrastructure construction like charging pile and resources integration; Chongqing New Energy Automobile Finance Leasing Ltd. will solve the problems of new energy automobile sales mode. The new energy automobile company will, together with the two companies, boost the industry development. The two new companies will provide sufficient development fund to the new energy automobile manufacturing works and operation company, practically driving the key technology development of new energy car, and optimizing the support of key parts and raw materials, thereby forming the industrial cluster of new energy.
