Lifan Motors Carries out South America After-sales Service Training in Brazil

From October 5 to 9, for the sake of improving after-sales service management level and satisfaction, Lifan Brazil, organized the after-sales managers from Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Uruguay, Bolivia and Brazil to take part in the all-round after-sales service training in Salto.

During the five-day after-sales management training, the trainer of Lifan Motors, mainly centering on CRM, KPI and rational parts stock control, made the systematic training to the management of South American dealers. The trainees actively proposed their uncertainty at the daily management and the trainer has illustrated for every question.

After the training, Lifan Motors held the first Lifan South America After-sales Manager Conference which has reached three common views: mutual support for scarce parts allocation which can shorten the time for customer waiting; mutual support of technical proposal which can timely solve the technical problems; mutual sharing of management experience which can jointly provide Lifan customers with better service. The training has not only deepened the dealers’ understanding to the management philosophy of Lifan global after-sales service, but also has determined the direction to carry out the after-sales work in South America, which will also play significant role in improving the brand image and customer satisfaction of Lifan Motors in South America.
